Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming. We can feel stuck, our resilience depleted. Stress and anxiety can build up and we start to feel disconnected to our world. In an attempt to cope, we might find ourselves caught in repeating patterns of behaviour that are harmful or distressing.

Working from my therapy room in North Bucks (or online if that’s your preference) we will work together to understand your perception of the world. We consider your whole self, giving due consideration to the factors that have informed your world view and the resulting patterns of behaviour.

I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and if change is your goal, we can work towards that too. Through better understanding of where you are right now, we can consider together what change might look like, working to equip you with the tools you need to help make informed decisions about your future.
