Book a therapy consultation

If you’re a new enquirer, please complete the form below or message me via WhatsApp for Business. Select the option you feel is right for you. If you are coming to therapy for the first time, the f2f consultation is a good way to see how it feels to be ‘in the room’. I offer telephone consultations which may suit if you’re new to me but not to therapy. Please note, a consultation is not a therapy session, and booking a consultation does not oblige you or I beyond this stage of an exploratory process.

Session bookings and payments are managed via specialist practice management software. You will receive an invite to access this. Your consent is requested for GDPR purposes.
Please keep details to a minimum. A confidentiality agreement will be shared ahead of booking in for a consultation.

What happens next?

I’ll send you my intake forms via my practice management software (Kiku) along with details of my current availability and book your consultation.

Remember, therapy is for you. I know that it can feel like a big step to take and it’s natural to feel nervous. The consultation is your opportunity to see what it’s like to connect with me. We’ll discuss what’s prompted you to come to therapy, I’ll answer any questions you have and we can figure out whether we might be suited to working together.

Please note that therapy has defined service levels and, in order to work within the confines of my ethical framework and my professional insurance, there are certain presenting issues that I cannot work with. This is in order to ensure your safety and is in no way a judgement. If I am unable to work with you I will attempt to signpost you to another therapist or agency better placed to provide support.

Existing or returning clients can book via book your session or request a session.
